How to Apply


Applying is easy using our FACTS school management system's Online Application, as it simplifies submission of registration information and provides parents an online tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.  Prior to July 2020, FACTS was known as RenWeb Student Information System


Steps for Online Application


Step One:  If your student is RETURNING to Miramonte and you have a FACTS account, you begin by Logging into Current FACTS Account via the Family Portal Login here. If you have never logged into FACTS, you follow the instructions here to log into your current account.

If your student is NEW to Miramonte, you need to begin the Online Application process by Creating a Parent-Family Account in FACTS here.  

Then both new and returning families will log in to their FACTS account here and Begin an Online Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.


After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your FACTS account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

Supplemental Forms

There are several forms that must be printed out - for example the medical exam required for all new students and those entering 7th grade, as this must be filled out by your child's Physician.  Other forms include 'medication authorization' for any medicine (MD prescription RX or over-the-counter) that needs to be given at school, and the FARE allergy form if your child has any food or substance allergies.
